Organizations in Higher Education; conducting/have conducted the specified
duties in a complete, timely and accurate way as per relevant legislation,
Providing human capital
planning of the university,
Programming, controlling
and executing university personnel's transfer and personal affairs,
Programming and executing
administrative personnel's in-service trainings,
Offering suggestions to
develop personnel system,
Performing any personnel
duties assigned by the Rector and Secretary General,
Keeping track of
Rectorship correspondences
Assuring that liabilities
assigned to Personnel Directorate are conducted/have conducted in a
complete, timely and accurate way as per relevant legislation,
By updating legislative
amendments in relation to job specifications, notifying Secretary General
and sharing necessary explanations with the concerned personnel,
Receiving notes, minutes
and forms delivered to the Directorate by Secretary General,
Management of Directorate
Personnel,
Assuring the compliance
with predetermined standards,
Preventing any activities
that can violate effective legislation,
Executing operations on
the financial rights of academic and administrative personnel,
By checking arrival and
departure hours of directorate personnel on a daily basis, warning
undisciplined personnel as need be,
In order to effectively
execute the works under the Directorate, selecting required labor force,
discharging, promotions and appointments, awarding and punishing pursuant
to analysis and evaluations,
Forming a functional
registration and filing system within the unit, implementation and
development,
To ensure a cost-effective
and functional performance of services, using available resources such as
human force and material in the most appropriate and optimal level,
To ensure that
directorate works are conducted with minimum cost as per predetermined
cost, quality, amount and time standards a constant and periodic auditing
of the affiliated personnel,
To ensure that
directorate activities are implemented, oriented and analyzed by using
assigned personnel, location, material and relevant resources of the
department determining prospective
targets and standards for the future,
In the execution and
completion of duties informing senior directors whenever there is need,
Executing any other
duties assigned by the senior director.
