Our duty is to
execute personal rights procedures of all employees in İstanbul Rumeli University
within the framework of effective laws, directives and applicable regulations
without any delays. The office is currently working on human capital planning
and personnel policies of İstanbul Rumeli University. By offering suggestions
on improving personnel systems it is ensured that all units within the
Organizational Chart of İstanbul Rumeli University coordinate with personnel
offices and recently effectuated legislations are rightly interpreted and
implemented. Training programs organized by İstanbul Rumeli University Directorate
strive to develop the personnel and observe merit, career principles and
competency-based criteria in of personnel in the consideration of in-house
promotion. At the same time sufficient care is paid to empower employees' job
satisfaction with their new assignments, involvement and corporate belonging.
